New month, new Writing Challenge.
I am a National Novel Writing Month Rebel
NaNoWriMo is an American Writing challenge hosted by nanowrimo.org. Participant write a 50k first draft for a novel in one month … not something everybody will want to attempt, so #NaNoRebels gather around the fringes setting individuals goals in line with their current writing projects … and … I’ll join the fun to complete the third revisions for The House, the second book in the Spheres Series.

Release for The House delayed
The decision to delay the Release Date for The House was a long time coming and not the outcome I wanted, but a December Release is impossible and it will take some time to regroup and decide how to proceed.
2023 turned out to be a challenging year, and not surprising seeing that my sabbatical had to come to an end after more than 24 month*.

Local paperback edition for The Fragments
I actually managed to make some progress on the local paperback edition, but have no dates yet. Meanwhile, The Fragments shine brightly in theses new Amazon editions.
We wouldn’t do this if it would be easy, right?
New here? I am New Zealand-based writer, artist and maker Minu Freitag. I have published my first book—The Fragments, an inventive mix of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Dystopian fiction—in 2022 and am currently working on the second book in The Spheres Series—The House—due for release in the first half of 2024.
