Week 37 – Two new paper mache sculpture – Autumn spirit #1- Paper mache sculpture and Autumn spirit #1- Paper mache sculpture are now photographed and available online on esty.com and felt.co.nz. Yay!

Progress on the book has been good – Part 5 is now through the third draft – and things have been happening on the house and garden as well.
I have also made time to experiment with watercolour, and I hope to have something to show soon. I was amazed how much I enjoyed this technique, having dismissed it as not for me decades ago … approaching new and old techniques with fresh eyes from time to time is a worthwhile exercise. I hope this will prove as a roundabout way to get over my ‘printmaker’s block’ … we’ll see, I guess.
Painting by painting, page by page.
