Things a looking up … or I just feel better about them?
Not too bad
Is my careful assessment for November 2025 … Overall, the sense of eerie positivity lingers. I know I’ll never make enough money with either my art or my books to make a living, but I just give it a go before reality makes itself known and tells me to get a job where people pay me money for my time.
But that is the point in a way. I am at this stage and age where one asks oneself how much time do I have to give away for money?
Art
Got my minis to Quirky Fox in time! The show is postponed, but I am happy with the results! I have uploaded the Queenstown Collection to my website, and quite a few critters travelled to my amazing stockists.
Writing
Release date of the eBook edition for The House, my second Book, is 18 December 2015! KDP paperback and New Zealand local trade paperback will follow in the first half of 2026.

Renovations
The mountain of cut-offs is shredded! A new retractable sun sail has been designed, sown, and hung! Plans for the door awning are underway!
